CALENDAR
Below you will find a calendar of events specifically for the Music Guild. For information on other BTWHSPVA events or to view a monthly calendar, please refer to the school calendar on the DISD website.
Thank you to all the volunteers, staff, parents and students who made this year a success. This year the Music Guild:
- Assisted with school-wide auditions
- Helped with ticketing and merchandise sales at the Spring Concerts
- Participated in the "I Am Booker T" Day, selling merchandise and welcoming new families
- Helped with ticketing and merchandise sales at the Grand Concert
- Hosted the pre-concert dinner and awards ceremony
- Supported Senior Showcase
- Volunteered and donated to the BTW Holiday Angel Family
- Volunteered at TMEA events throughout the year
- Participated in Music @ The Green Room to welcome new families
- Hosted the annual senior dinner
